Reflect on your career at Alpharetta.
"I transferred to AHS my sophomore year and became a starter. I hope that being the first D-I football scholarship recipient will lay a foundation for future players. I hope that I have demonstrated the dedication and hard work it takes to be not just a football player, but a good person and student as well."
Describe yourself as a person.
"I'm a laid back sort of person, one who takes everything in stride and pretty much goes with the flow. I am grounded and from a very closely-knit family that emphasizes the importance of education. I have two older sisters--one is a Biochemist in grad school at UNC-Chapel Hill and the other is Physics major at Pitt."
Describe yourself as a player (Strengths/ Weaknesses, etc.)
"I'm dedicated and passionate about football. I play the game hard and aggressively. My strengths are that I am physical, fast and athletic, and I play to win. I tend to lead by example."
Why Western Kentucky?
"One reason why I chose Western Kentucky is because it has one of the best communications programs in the country. They also have a very personable coaching staff that makes you feel like you are part of the WKU family. The opportunity to play early because of their need for DB's was another factor, and the fact that they were close enough for my family to come see me play was a bonus."
What are you expecting in year one?
"I hope to be able to contribute to the team where needed and help WKU have a successful season in our first year in the Sunbelt Conference."
What are your academic plans (Major, etc.)
"I plan to major in Communications and possibly minor in Psychology, and will also seek a graduate's degree."
Tell us a couple of interesting things about yourself (Hobbies/Interests, etc.).
"A lot of people don't know that I am a good writer and enjoy acting. I like to swim and play golf (7 Handicap). I also like to listen to slow jams while studying."
