Mission Viejo (Calif.) receiver Kevin Chandler was one of the premier receivers in Orange County in 2008.
During his 2008 senior season, Chandler caught 83 passes for 1,494 yards and 13 touchdowns, averaging 18 yards a catch and 125 yards a game. He led Orange County in receiving.
Chandler was named First Team All-State by MaxPreps, First Team All-County by the OC Register and named Team MVP.
