The 5th annual Kennedy/CES Combine is the kickoff event for the Metro Atlanta area for the Class of 2010. Nearly 200 players attended. Who are the stars of tomorrow, now that the Class of 2009 is behind us?

The 5th Annual Kennedy/CES Combine held at Competitive Edge Sports is the kickoff event for Metro Atlanta and recruiting. Held on January 25th, nearly 200 players from around the area and beyond participated in the event.

Getn10s.com provided the testing equipment which was done as a true electronic time. I've seen several combines where there was a push button start with a laser finish called "electronic", but there's virtually no difference between those and a stopwatch.

Getn10s.com's equipment included a touchpad at the start of the 40 yard dash that began the clock on first movement. The difference between the true electronic and the stopwatch was generally between .15 and .2 seconds slower, making Mack Brown and Ryan Ayers sub 4.5 electronic times all the more impressive.

Scout's Chad Simmons provided a full recap of the event: Link

The results and subsequent player pages are now live. Player pictures will be added in the next week, and video collected at the event has been posted to the player pages.
