Carr Grabs a Big East Offer

West Virginia is the latest school to offer Buford (GA) safety Daunte Carr. He is up to seven offers and he plans to giev the Mountaineers a look.

"West Virginia faxed an offer to my coach today," said Daunte Carr.

West Virginia now joins UCF, South Carolina, Stanford, South Florida, and East Carolina on Carr's offer list.

The 6-foot-2, 180 pound athlete is remains open to all, but West Virginia defenitely got his attention on Thursday.

"I don't know much about them yet, but I would like to find out more in time."

"I know they are a good program, but I want to learn more now."

The Mountaineers offered Carr as a free safety.
