Wolfpack First to Offer Big GA Back

Big. Fast. Athletic. Explosive. All can be used to describe Walton HS (GA) standout athlete Brandon Burrows. A DE all the way to the opening round of the playoffs last year, he finished his JR campaign in the backfield. While the reviews were mixed after the one game, the Raider staff saw enough to decide that the move was permanent. Apparently, others are taking notice, as well.

Walton HS (GA) upcoming senior Brandon Burrows is going to get his shot...a shot that most would do anything for. Burrows, who has been playing DE for the Raiders is moving to Running Back.

At 6'3 235, he is a load. But don't for a second think that he is just a big-bodied lumberer. Athletically, he can flat get it done.

Whether he can grasp the nuances of the position (and hang on to the ball) remains to be seen, but he will have the chance to sink or swim.
