Wolverines Call on Olaniyan
Woodberry Forest School linebacker Aramide Olaniyan picked up his ninth offer tonight when the Michigan Wolverines stepped up to the plate. The 6-foot-1.5, 195-pound athlete got to talk to his recruiting coordinator Coach Tony Dews and he and his parents will speak with the rest of the staff tonight or tomorrow. "Michigan just offered me tonight," Olaniyan said. "I talked to Coach (Tony) Dews and he said that the coaching staff met and went over my film and would be sending my offer out immediately. I'm really excited about getting an offer from Michigan because they have a ton of tradition and offer an excellent education. You grow up watching Michigan on TV your whole life, so to get an offer from them is great." "My parents and I are going to call Coach Dews at 9pm tonight so we can get to know a little bit more about Michigan. Hopefully we'll get the chance to talk to Head Coach (Rich) Rodriguez either tonight or tomorrow and get to know him a little bit as well." Now that Olaniyan has broken seven offers he has listed his top seven schools of interest on his profile.
