Scout TV: Ibraheim Campbell

Ibraheim Campbell shows the athleticism, vision, balance and toughness at running back that is necessary to play at the next level, but with two offers that could allow him to be a safety he has options. With his junior film up now you the fan can be the judge of where he should play.

Chestnut Hill Academy athlete Ibraheim Campbell holds offers from Minnesota and Vanderbilt and is hearing from Connecticut, Northwestern, Virginia and UCLA. Usually a player clearly projects at one position, however this 5-foot-11.5, 190-pounder definitely could play safety or tailback.

Campbell has tremendous balance and an uncanny ability to stay on his feet and break through tacklers. He runs behind his pads and will make very subtle moves in the open field to make people miss. His vision both through the hole and in the open field is impressive. Campbell also does a nice job catching the ball and in pass blocking. He does have a solid burst, however top end speed and an extra gear is something he seems to lack.

You can watch Campbell run the ball here:

Campbell could also end up playing strong safety, so watch him on the defensive side of the ball as well.
