Sacramento (Calif.) Luther Burbank cornerback Terrance Mitchell, is one of the top cover corners in the West.

He was an all-combine pick in Oakland last spring as a sophomore at the Scout.com Combine and then was an all-camp pick at the Badger/Scout 7on7 earlier this month in Las Vegas.
