A first offer is always an exciting moment for a recruit, but when it comes from an Ivy League program it not only gives an excellent opportunity to play high-level football, but also can set a player up for the next 40 years of their life.
Matt Deiana
, a 5-foot-7, 180-pound running back from Somers High School in Lincolndale, N.Y., picked up his first offer a few weeks ago from Princeton University. This was Deiana’s first offer.
