New Jersey signal caller Brandon Hill picked up an early offer from Rutgers and since then he’s been looking for his second. Scout.com took a look at his film recently to find out what kind of player he was and found that while he is an accurate quarterback, he needs to work on his arm strength.

Brandon Hill, a 6-foot-3, 200-pound quarterback from Audobon High School in Audobon, N.J., has an offer from Rutgers and is hearing from Connecticut, Maryland, Temple and others. We took a look at his film to see what he brings to the table.

Hill looks to be a player that will need to play in a system that uses a lot of short and intermediate passes with layered routes to move downfield. He is an accurate passer that shows adequate ball placement, however he puts little velocity on his passes which makes me question his arm strength. His long ball floats and flutters. He does see the field well, looks off defensive backs and will go through all of his progressions.
