After watching film on Harris Bivin Scout.com can see him playing either defensive tackle or on the interior line at the next level and with a number of programs already showing significant interest he will most likely end up picking up his first offers when he gets out to camps this summer.

Apollo High School product Harris Bivin shows solid potential on both the offensive and defensive line in the film he sent to Scout.com and the 6-foot-3, 290-pound athlete that is hearing from Oregon, Kentucky, Louisville, UAB and Western Kentucky should pick up offers this summer.

Bivin exhibits good footwork and keeps a wide base while using his hands well in pass protection. He bends his knees and drives his opponents off the ball, controlling him with his powerful upper body. Bivin does a good job of sustaining blocks and then finishing them and shows a nasty streak, playing to the whistle and sometimes a bit past it. One concern with Bivin is simply the level of competition he’s playing against.
