"It feels great. It's a big weight off my shoulders." says the Dallas gunslinger. "I called Coach Arroyo and he told me how much they wanted me. I felt honored. I can't wait to meet my recruiting coach, Coach Grinch this spring."
When asked how serious he would take that offer and could he see himself in Wyoming, he quickly replied, "I'm looking real hard at them. They offered me first and that means something. They noticed what I do before anyone. They see it in me."
Hall's dominating performance at the Elite 11 has put him on the map and really boosted his confidence going into this spring.
"I did real well at the Elite 11. I know schools are coming after me because they heard how well I did. I think I did as good as anyone. I'm not being cocky, I just think I had a really good day and it showed with this offer.
Hall, who threw for 1,400 yards, 18 touchdowns, and completed 60 percent of his passes, is also hearing from Minnesota, San Diego State, Miami, UTEP, and Arizona.
He plans to attend the UTEP camp at Cedar Hill High School because he was told that they want to offer but want to watch him in person before pulling the trigger.
