Keegan Whipkey will lead Peoria (Az.) Liberty into their first full season of varsity action in 2009. Scout.com brings yu junior highlights of the versatile athlete

We introduced him to you a few weeks ago, now we bring you junior highlights of Peoria (Az.) Liberty High School QB/DB Keegan Whipkey.

Last year Whipkey (6-0 180) threw for 1,399 yards and rushed for 899 yards. He was a 1st team all region selection on both sides of the ball.

He currently does not have an offer but is hearing from Northern Arizona and Oregon State.
