Will Hagerup picked up another new offer yesterday, capping off a recent flurry of offers, all from the Big Ten.
“Michigan offered me,” he reported, adding, “It definitely has a football tradition that is hard to beat and the school itself is in the top two or three in the Big Ten probably. It makes my decision harder.”
Several other of the top programs in the conference have offered; Illinois, Northwestern and Iowa recently extended scholarships along with Arkansas and Tennessee.
The 6’4, 215-lb Hagerup also has offers from Alabama, Florida, Iowa State, Purdue, Wisconsin and Indiana, where his brother Chris currently plays. As a junior, he averaged 41.2 yard per punt.
