Quiet May for Jackson

Newark, Del., athlete Jamaal Jackson started off quickly with six offers from FBS level programs, but during the May Evaluation Period things got very quiet. He did however grab three more offers from smaller schools.

Jamaal Jackson, a 5-foot-9, 160-pound running back from Hodgson Vo-Tech in Delaware is now up to nine scholarship offers.

“I got offered by Massachusetts, James Madison and Delaware,” Jackson said. “I’m not really sure what I think of those schools right now in comparison with my other offers.”

“I talked to all of the schools that offered me during the May Evaluation Period and right now they’re all on the same boat with me,” Jackson explained. “Right now I’m seeing what offers I get over the next few weeks and then I’ll start looking into some visits.”
