Three-star offensive lineman Danny Foose already has offers from Boston College, Louisville, Rutgers and South Florida and Scout.com took some time in the film room recently to watch this powerful athlete in action from his junior season.
Paramus Catholic High School offensive guard
Danny Foose
is holding offers from
Boston College
,
Louisville
,
Rutgers
and
South Florida
and after watching the 6-foot-6, 305-pound mauler’s film its easy to see why so many schools like what he brings to the table.
Foose is very powerful, especially in his upper body where he uses a strong hand punch to throw defenders away at the snap. He uses his arms to keep separation and does a good job controlling his man and opening wholes. His drive blocking can be devastating at times. Foose also does a more then adequate job of pulling and getting to the second level, making blocks in space and showing great hustle and pride in his game. If there is one thing he can work on it is bending his knees a bit more and getting in an athletic position to increase both his flexibility and ability to play in space. Overall, Foose looks to be a very good interior line prospect.
