Ravonne Carter has picked up a few offers and he is one to watch in South Florida.

The 6-foot, 180 pound corner claims offers from Western Michigan, UCF, West Virginia, and Miami at this time. He is hearing from a number of other schools and he currently lists Tennessee and Oregon high.
