Florida safety getting looks
Harold Hoskins is coming off an excellent junior season. He threw for 1,300 yards, ran for 700, and totaled 27 touchdowns. Now he's trying to make an impact on defense. "I played just on offense last year and now I'm playing safety too," Hoskins said. "I'm going to camps and stuff as a safety." The first camp Hoskins went to was one at Florida. He talked about that. "I had gone to UF's thing," he said. "I went for safety. I don't know if I'm going to any others. We went over technique, did some 1-on-1 stuff." Hoskins, 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds, is still waiting for his first offer. "I don't have any offers yet," he said. "I talked to Louisville, Charleston Southern, Middle Tennessee, a few schools. Louisville and Middle Tennessee is talking about recruiting me, keeping in touch." The standout safety talked about what he'll be looking for in a school. "I'm looking for playing time, a good relationship with the coaches, stuff like that," he said. Inside the classroom, Hoskins claims a 3.0 GPA and a 16 ACT score.
