Brian Vogler announces Wednesday

Brian Vogler, the No. 1 tight end in the state of Georgia from Columbus-Brookstone School, will announce his college decision Wednesday at a press conference. Vogler's list has two schools remaining for consideration for his signature.

Brian Vogler is one of the country's top tight end prospects and holds more than 30 scholarship offers including Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, LSU, Miami, Oklahoma and Tennessee. He narrowed his final choices to Alabama and Oklahoma.

He was named first team All-Region, first team All-Bi-City, first team All-State by GHSA, GSWA, GAVSV and AJC.

Vogler has also been offered basketball roster spots by Alabama and Oklahoma.

Vogler's press conference is scheduled for noon at his school.
