Fiacchi Scores First Offer

Marcellus, N.Y., native Will Fiacchi picked up his first scholarship offer this week and it sounds like more schools will be jumping in the mix soon as well.

Will Fiacchi, a 6-foot-1, 212-pound quarterback from Marcellus High School picked up his first offer from Albany recently and may be picking more up very, very soon.

“Albany offered me this past weekend,” Fiacchi said. “I went up for their one-day camp and they offered me afterward, so it went well. They are close to home, so it would be easy for my family to come watch games and stuff. I’m glad to get my first offer and hopefully, it leads to some more opportunities.”

“I’ve been hearing from Temple, Connecticut, Pittsburgh, all the Ivy League schools, Maine, URI and Massachusetts,” Fiacchi explained. “Maine and Rhode Island are very close to offering and I think I’ll pick up one from UMASS after camp there.”

As a junior, Fiacchi completed 151 of 245 passes for 21 touchdowns and 8 interceptions.
