Oxnard (Calif.) Rio Mesa athlete Jamaal Perkins has added a new offer to put him at five total.
"Jamaal received another offer from Portland State which gives him five offers," said John Diaz of YAC.
The Vikings join Ole Miss, where he camped at earlier this month, Iowa State, Marshall and New Mexico, in offering Perkins.
As a junior, Perkins ran for 1,109 yards and 10 touchdowns and returned 12 kicks for 229 yards.
