Athlete Kori Gaines (5-9/170) of Grayson High School in Loganville, Ga., has made his college decision and will be a member of BYU.
Grayson is one of the up and coming programs in the state of Georgia, having made it to the semi-finals in Georgia's largest classification in 2008.
A key member of the squad, Gaines has started since his sophomore season. As a junior he was second on the team in solo tackles with 34 (46 total), broke up seven passes and had two interceptions.
Gaines is also a contributor on special teams with a 31.1 kick return average including a long of 99 for a touchdown.
Gaines projects as a defensive back for BYU.
