San Jose (Calif.) Bellarmine Prep cornerback Kyle Olugbode got some good news on Monday.
"I got my first offer from Princeton today," said Olugbode.
A mainstay in the Bells' CIF-CCS title team as a junior, Olugbode camped at Princeton last month.
"I attended their one day camp earlier in July and the coaches seemed impressed," said Olugbode. "They offered me as a defensive back."
And Olugbode is relieved about the offer.
It feels great to get my first one," said Olugbode. "I was getting a little nervous."
The 5-11, 178-pound Olugbode is coming off a season in which he had 59 carries for 360 yards and six touchdowns and on defense had a pair of picks.
