Scout TV: Tarik Hightower

North Carolina, NC State and Utah recently got in contact with Tarik Hightower and the New Britain, Conn., wideout has heard from other schools as well. He plays across from Tebucky Jones Jr. in high school and is more of a possession type than an all-out playmaker.

Tarik Hightower, a 6-foot-2, 175-pound wide receiver from New Britain High School in Connecticut is hearing from North Carolina, North Carolina State and Utah most recently, however after watching his highlights we need to see more of him to form an opinion of whether he can play at those levels.
