Rogers plays in front of Ball

Da'Rick Rogers looked up and saw Tony Ball on the sidelineFriday night. UGA's Coach Ball will be coaching Rogers next fall and 6-foot-3, 208 pound wideout got to perform in front of him.

Georgia's wide receivers coach Tony Ball was in Cartersville (GA) Friday night to watch one of the top playmakers in the country.

Calhoun's Da' Rick Rogers has committed to Ball and the University of Georgia so Ball had a chance to get see what he was getting once more live as the Yellow Jackets faced the Purple Hurricanes.

Rogers is a four-star receiver ranked the no. 53 overall prospect in the country. The UGA commitment knew his future coach would be there, but he was still a little nervous about performing in front of him.

He went on to have a strong performance in the Calhoun win including a touchdown catch and Rogers talks about the game, his relationship with Ball, and more here.
