The junior receiver is the complete packege, as he has the size (6' 2", 190), speed, hands, and vision to become a big time wideout on the college level. Tobias took over the game last night as he scored the first TD on a nifty screen and put the nail in the coffin with the last TD on a 60 yard reverse. He will be one of the nation's top receiver prospect in next year's class.
