B.J. Lowery may not have been a player high on the radar but in the end the Cincinnati, Ohio athlete found the program right for him.

Cincinnati (Ohio) Hughes head football coach Dennis Doppes told the Cincinnati Enquirer that quarterback/defensive back B.J. Lowery has issued his verbal pledge to Iowa where he's being recruited as a defensive back.

Lowery also held an offer from Akron.
