Pleasant Grove standout running back Anthony Gardner is already making a name for himself in recruiting circles in his home state of Alabama and beyond. After a break out sophomore campaign, Gardner is drawing rave reviews for his play this season.

Gardner is more than just a straight line runner. On the high school level he has no problems running between the tackles, but he is at his best when he makes people miss on his way into the secondary.

Anthony can get the hard yards up the middle, get the corner on a toss sweep, return kicks and make plays as a pass catcher out of the backfield.
