Sacramento (Calif.) Inderkum quarterback Demetrius Williams is one of the more versatile players in NorCal.
The 5-11, 185 pound Williams is an option quarterback but several schools like him as an athlete.
“I want to play quarterback but a lot of schools like me as an athlete or they don't know yet what they will use me as,” said Williams. “I could play slot, defensive back or quarterback.”
Cal Poly has offered Williams, while several other schools are keeping a close watch.
“Lately New Mexico has been hitting me up and them and Washington State both want me for official visitis, but no new offers have come in,” said Williams.
Williams said his top schools are Washington State, Cal Poly, Oregon, Arizona, Arizona State, UCLA and New Mexico.
“We’re doing pretty good, just working hard this last season,” said Williams.
