Josh Marshall is hearing from a number of FCS level programs, but is still focused on Louisville, Central Michigan and Temple. He is being recruited at both quarterback and safety and if you watch the first four games of his senior year below, you’ll see he could work at either position.

Josh Marshall, a 6-foot-2, 183-pound athlete from Tuscarora High School in Frederick, Md., is hearing from Central Michigan, Louisville and Temple and shows some very good athleticism in the first four games of his senior year below.
