One of Mississippi's top prospects was offered by Oklahoma on Friday.

"Oklahoma offered me Friday," added Bryon Bennett. "I was really excited when they called to let me know. I was hoping they were."

The 6' 3", 260 pound defensive lineman has now been offered by Oklahoma along with Ole Miss, MSU, USM, Texas Tech, Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky, and Michigan State.

Last season Bryon had 72 tackles and 13 sacks for Madison Central (MS), and he has totaled 8 sacks through eight games this Fall while helping his team to the #1 ranking in the state of Mississippi.
