Recruiting: "The visit to Alabama was my first-ever visit to a college. I plan on taking a few more visits, but I am not sure where yet. I don't have any favorites yet, but I will have to narrow it down soon. I will graduate in December."

Recruiting: "It has bene known for a while now that the UA was a major contender for Earls, but it was thought previously that he would visit Oklahoma State as well. However, Tim Kish did a good job of convincing Ealrs he was a good fit and the rest is history."

Recruiting: "I learned a little bit more about the coaches. Every other time I was up there it was for camp or I was just there for the game. I actually got to hang out with them and visit with them. They have a little bit looser side. They’re not just always football."

Recruiting: "[Georgia has] got faith in me so they allowed me to go.It’s my last year of high school, so take your officials. Right now I’m just looking everything up. I committed to Georgia because when I went on that little summer tour, I fit in at Georgia a lot more. That’s why I committed. Right now Georgia of course is on top. I’m taking my official visits just to see what’s out there and see what’s right for me. "

Recruiting: "I told Coach Harbaugh and he kind of picked me up and hoisted me up in the air in celebration. Stanford can compete at the Division-I level, in the Pac-10, at the highest level of competition for athletics and there's no compromise, there's no drop off in any of the academic subjects.

Recruiting: "I wanted to meet with the coaches and I did. They told me they needed more corners they felt they could play press and man-to-man with and that I was a guy they really liked a lot in that role. I want to take my visits though and get all the information I can and then I'll decide."

Recruiting: "I'm really confused now. I honestly don't know what I am going to do. I thought I had it all figured out, but I'm not so sure now. (West Virginia head coach Bill Stewart) gave me the rundown on everything at West Virginia. He explained their philosophy and how they do things. He told me how I would fit in there. He told me that there is a lot of opportunity for me there. He talked about coach (Dave) Lockwood and how good he is at what he does."
