The West will have some outstanding representation at this year's Offense-Defense All-American Bowl.

The game, scheduled for January 2nd, 2010, in Myrtle Beach, boasts several of the top prospects in the West.

The headliner is five-star receiver Kenny Stills, from La Costa Canyon HS in Encinitas, Calif., the top prospect from the West to accept an invitation to the game.

He's one of four talented receivers from the West who've been selected, joining Gardena (Calif.) Serra's Paul Richardson, Ontario (Calif.) Colony's Kenneth Scott and Lakewood (Wash.) Lakes' Jamaal Kearse.

Arizona State commit Peter Thomas, from El Cajon (Calif.) Valhalla, has committed to the game at quarterback.

Up front, Erik Kohler, the West's top offensive tackle from Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian, bolsters the offensive line.

Defensively, Lakewood (Calif.) defensive lineman Justin Utupo and Oaks Christian defensive end Alani Fua highlight the line.

At linebacker, Auburn (Wash.) Chris Young, Lakewood (Wash.) Lakes' Darius Waters and Danville (Calif.) Monte Vista's Dave Wilkerson have been selected.

In the secondary, Lakewood (Calif.) safety Dion Bailey and Los Alamitos (Calif.) cornerback Shaquille Richardson have been invited.

There are still more spots to be announced by O-D.
