Philadelphia, Pa., signal caller Tony Smith is hearing from Cincinnati, Illinois, Syracuse, Pittsburgh and Temple and inside you can watch him progress from a sophomore to a junior in these highlight reels.

Father Judge High School quarterback Tony Smith has been talking to Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Temple and Illinois and the 6-foot-3, 200-pound quarterback looks like he certainly has the potential to play at that level. Dropped passes have been a problem for his receiving core throughout his career, but you can see what he does well on film below.

As a sophomore, Smith completed 105 of 205 passes for 1583 yards and 13 touchdowns. So far as a junior, he has completed 100 of 199 passes for 1159 yards and 12 touchdowns.
