Evan Wilson, two-star tight end from Woodstock High School in Woodstock, Ga., recently garnered two Mid-American Conference offers. The Peach State prospect is placing one of these two schools on his leaderboard.

"I picked up a couple of offers this week," Evan Wilson said. "I picked up an offer from Bowling Green. I also got one from Eastern Michigan."

"I'm definitely interested in Bowling Green. They seem to have a pretty good program up there. That's definitely a school that I'd like to learn more about."

"They're (Bowling Green) on my list now. They're even with the rest of my leading schools."

Wilson has seven scholarship offers from schools in different regions of the nation. Will location play a factor?

"It could factor for me," Wilson said. "It really depends on the school, though. If I like two schools the same, the location will probably play a factor. I think I'd pick the closer school."

There is one offer Wilson is looking for more than any other.

"I'd like an offer from N.C. State," he commented. "The school is close to home. I know a good bit about them. I have a former teammate (Duran Christophe) that's up there. Their coaches seem to be building a good program."

Evan Wilson will schedule his official visits sometime after his senior season. His Woodstock (9-1) squad will face Dacula (7-3) in a first round matchup Friday night.
