Elk Grove (Calif.) Franklin linebacker Cody Galea has made a big impression his senior year.
The commit to Nevada continues to rack up offers, and he's got his team into the playoffs.
"We are getting ready to play Pleasant Grove in the first round," said Galea. "We are really working hard to get ready. This would be our first playoff win in our school's history."
Galea verballed to Nevada in the summer, but that hasn't stopped schools from recruiting him.
"I've received (new) offers from Army and Cornell," said Galea.
Those two join offers from Eastern Washington, Sacramento State, San Diego State and UC Davis.
Galea is scheduled to visit San Diego State the first weekend in December.
The rising linebacker has done it all for Elk Grove, contributing in every facet of the game.
Through nine games, he's recorded 89 tackles, 15 for loss, 14 quarterback pressures, three break ups, two forced fumbles and two sacks. He's also started at right guard, helping his running back win the league rushing title, and he's punted.
