Bashaud Breeland was on the border of being a four-star when the season kicked off, but it is not about where you start, but about where you finish.
He finished the season off as a four-star on Scout and he has moved into the Scout300 at no. 233.
The Clemson commitment is a free safety with great range, excellent closing speed, and a solid tackler in space. He is better than average in coverage and he has a chance to be an early contributor in Death Valley.
With his move into the Scout300, cornerback Victor Hampton hs dropped out.
Others that made a positive move in the Carolinas are Oregon commitment Chris McCain (now the no. 52 rated defensive end), North Carolina commitment P.J. Clyburn (moved from two to three stars), and North Carolina State commitment David Amerson (now the no. 37 rated safety).
Clemson commitment Kalon Davis remains at three stars, but dropped the no. 44 at offensive guard.
Eric Young is a space-eater at defensive tackle and he is now a two-star on Scout.
Miller Safrit contributed to these changes.
