4-Star WR inks with Troy

"I signed with Troy a few minutes ago," stated Brett Moncrief, via through text. "I just felt like they had been with me from the start, and I like the opportunities their offense presents me."

The 4-Star WR will enroll at Troy next month and is expected to bring the Trojans an added dimension to their offense.

"I played inside here, but they want to move me outside and let me run some post patterns. They really get the ball in their playmakers hands at Troy. That is what excites me so much."

Brett, the son of former NBA great, Sidney Moncrief, caught 23 passes for 241 yards and 2 TD's in an injury plagued season which saw him miss two games completely while playing hurt the majority of the season.
