Tempe (Az.) Corona del Sol QB Chase Cartwright makes commitment

One of Arizona's, Chase Cartwright from Tempe Corona del Sol, has informed Scout.com that he has picked his college destination.

Cartwright says, "I just verballed to NAU (Northern Arizona)."

He continues, "I felt right with the coaches. They want me to play for them and their program is on the rise. I feel a sense of family there aready and hopefully my commitment there will attract more in-state recruits."

He finishes, "I couldn't be happier with my decision. I'm so excited!"

Cartwright also had an offer from Idaho.

Cartwright (6-3 215) passed for 1,593 yards and 13 TDs versus 9 INTs while helping Corona to a 4-6 record. He also had 4 rushing scores.
