Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman defensive end Ian Bobak made his return to the field this fall for the Gaels a memorable one.
He helped the Gaels to the state title and a week later, made the decision to stay in-state and play his college ball.
"Ian committed to Nevada," said Bishop Gorman assistant coach Jerry Grimble.
Bobak also had offers from UNLV and Fresno State, but instead chose the in-state stability that the Pack offered.
He's the fourth player on the Gaels to commit to a school, joining teammates Xavier Grimble (USC), Alex Turner (Stanford) and Geoff Gibson (California).
Bobak finished with 38 tackles, five sacks, an interception, a fumble recovery, a forced fumble and a pass deflection.
