Visalia (Calif.) Redwood outside linebacker Taylor George, one of Central California's most underrated players, has set up an official visit for next month.
"Taylor is scheduled for his first official visit to Nevada on January 8th," said his father, Mark.
While George is still waiting for his first offer, recruiting seems to be picking up for the 6-3, 225-pounder.
"He has been getting several calls now, it seems the recruiting has picked up for him," said his father.
George had 104 tackles and three sacks with a pick, despite missing four games with an elbow injury. He averaged 11.6 tackles a game. Was named the WYL Defensive Player of the Year and made All-Valley as well as Visalia Gridiron's Defensive Player of the year.
During the summer, he was one of the standouts at the B2G Elite Football Program.
