Johnavon Fulton, four-star cornerback from Manning, S.C., announced his decision Saturday in St. Petersburg at the Under Armour All-America game. Fulton chose to head out-of-state to play for the Crimson Tide. He joins the nation’s No. 1 cornerback, Demarcus Milliner, as future teammates in the Under Armour game who will enroll at Alabama next week.

"Alabama is a home away from home for me," said Johnavon Fulton. "I have a great relationship with coach Saban, coach Burns and coach Smart. I love Alabama."

Fulton chose Alabama over South Carolina and Florida.

John Fulton: "I am a big corner, so I like to play close to the line. I think I am more of a man guy myself. My coaches always tell me that, and I think that is what most college coaches like about me. I can make the interception in coverage or come up and make the big hit against the run. I am big enough that I can play safety or corner too. I think schools like that." Southeast Recruiting Analyst Chad Simmons: "Fulton is an elite corner that has good length, very good speed, and a lot of potential. He is definitely a stronger corner when playing press coverage, so he needs to work on playing off receivers and understanding the coverages. He is a physical guy that tackles well, he is quick out of his breaks, and his length makes it hard to get a pass over him.
