Joseph Blackwell, a 5-foot-10, 180-pound running back from Arundel Senior High School is hearing from plenty of schools, but likes Syracuse and North Carolina right out of the gates. Here are his junior highlights.

As a junior, Blackwell carried the ball 204 times for 1230 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also caught 23 passes for 270 yards and six more scores on his way to second-team All-County honors.

Blackwell carries a 4.0 GPA in the classroom.
