SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Brandon Cottom participated in the U.S. Army All-American Combine for the second straight year and this time he took full advantage of it. Cottom played several different positions and did well at each.

Newtown (Pa.) Council Rock North linebacker Brandon Cottom is a versatile athlete and that alone will make him marketable to most schools.

At 6-foot-3 and 215-pounds, Cottom can play running back, wide receiver, tight end or linebacker and those types of traits are important with 85-man scholarship limits.

Scout.com spoke with Cottom at the combine about his recruitment are and who the current players are. The in-state schools Pittsburgh and Penn State have been showing interest.
