"Brandon Henderson was my host," said Rajion. "I knew him from before. I have been in touch with him before. He showed us around the city of Starkville and showed us all the local places.
"Everywhere we went we just felt the love of the people. I can tell those people really want me there."
The official visitors had the chance to spend a lot of time together and get to know each other. One of the higlights of the trip for Neal was the Saturday evening meal.
"We got to eat in the sky box at the stadium and watch the highlight video on the jumbotron," said Rajion. "I really enjoyed that. That was the best part for me."
Rajion was one of a few out of state guests being entertained by the Bulldogs. He had the chance to spend some time with another of the southeast's top prospects whil on campus.
"I spent a lot of time with Barry Brunetti," said Neal. "I know he really liked it a lot. We didn't really talk about what he was going to do, but we spent a lot of time together."
Neal and Brunetti were both greeted by the Bulldog nation when the entered the Humphrey Coliseum for the Bulldogs win over Georgia.
"It was an amazing experience," said Rajion of walking across the arena floor to the cheers of the crowd. "I never expected anything like that. You can really tell that the fans are behind Coach Mullen and all of the recruits. There's a lot of love there."
With some new options in hand, there has been some talk that Neal might take in another official visit before signing day. He reports he has no such plans.
"I am real good with Mississippi State," said Rajion. "I am still committed to Mississippi State and I don't have anything else on the schedule right now."
