Lodi (Calif.) running back Jordan Perkins has landed his first offer.
The member of the Scout 300 Watch List for the class of 2011 received that offer from Conference USA.
"Jordan was verbally offered by UTEP," said his mother, Joanna. "They want him to come to the camp."
Perkins ran for 1,377 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior at Lodi.
