Don't question Dorsey's ability

Demar Dorsey committed to Florida and then laid low for a while. He is back in the lights again after an outstanding performance at the Under Armour game and then now that he and Florida went different ways. There were questions about his ability, but not anymore.

Demar Dorsey is no longer going to the University of Florida, but that does not mean he is not an elite recruit.

Dorsey had a great week of practice in Orlando at the 2010 Under Armour All-America game, he then had a couple of nice tackles and an interception in the game, and now he has some impressive film on Scout.

There were some questions about Dorsey late in 2009, but most of those were answered in Orlando and if not, then this film answers them.

Is he physical? Yes. Just watch the first few clips in this video and that question is answered without any doubts.

He lays the wood and he talks a big game to back it up.

Some questioned if he was tough enough, if he was aggressive, and just where he would play on the next level, but those are no longer questions.

Dorsey lights opponents up, he shows great closing speed, he shows instincts in the secondary, and good ball skills.

The 6-foot-1, 175 pound speedster out of South Florida is as good as advertised on the field.

Free Safety or Corner will be his position on the next level and he is still looking at Florida State, Michigan, and USC.
