Coach Spotlight: Byran Jones

The Junction City Bulldogs won the Arkansas state championship in 2009 for the second year in a row, and have won three out of the six in Arkansas 2A state classification. The Dragons topped Bearden in Little Rock's War Memorial Stadium. The game's MVP was the same as the previous year, Byran Jones. Jones played huge in the game with six tackles, one sack, and recovered a fumble.

"Byran's had a great career here at Junction City," said head coach David Carpenter. "He was a four year starter playing as freshman when we moved him up to the last play of the state finals as a senior. He had an outstanding run."
