Twinsburg Athlete Looking For First Offer
Aaron Macer, Twinsburg (OH) athlete, had a strong performance at the Raw Talent Sports combine in Cleveland two weeks ago. Macer, 6-foot-1, 180-pounds, fills a lot of roles for the Tigers, and his versatility is a plus. "I had a nice junior year, we went 10-2, and made it to the second round of the playoffs," Macer said of his junior season. "I played both sides of the football, and I had over 300 yards rushing as a wildcat quarterback. I scored six touchdowns on offense, and averaged over 12 yards per carry." "Defensively, I had two interceptions, one I returned 107 yards for a touchdown," he continued. "I played all over the field at defensive back, and I think I will be a safety at the next level." Aside from his impressive performance at the Cleveland combine, Macer is also working on making himself a better football player. "I'm working mostly on footwork, and my speed," he stated. "I have been hearing from Syracuse, and a few MAC schools, and I'm certainly hoping things pick up. I play great, press coverage, and I think I'm a very physical football player." Macer was one of the fastest times at the Raw Talent Sports combine, and also showed great hip turn, and quick feet. He is a player to watch in the 2011 Ohio class.
