McGovern has turned that season into his first offer.

The 5-10, 186-pound McGovern told Scout.com that Washington State has offered him.

McGovern was one of the most productive receivers in the country as a junior.

Teaming with Brett Nottingham, who signed with Stanford, McGovern had 106 receptions for 2,063 yards (19 ypc/158 ypg) and had 18 touchdowns.

He set the California state record for single season receiving yards, broke the NorCal record for receptions in a season, and led the nation in receiving yards.
